16 Week Doctors appointment!

Our 16 week doctors appointment went really well. We got to hear the heartbeat again, and it was strong, which is good! Everything seemed to check out ok! We are super excited about our next appointment on June 16, 2006 - At this appoitnment we will get to find out the sex of the baby and we get a 3D ultrasound!

Also this week - on Sunday the 21st - I felt my first baby flutter! I was walking around shopping for maternity pants, and there it was!! I had to quick call my Mom to verify that - that's what it probably was, definitly a little butterfly flutter! Can't wait to feel it again - makes it all seem so real!!

Todd Landscaping - Rock Part 2

This was just after it rained, so some of the rock is wet
Front Yard

Todd is almost completly done laying rock! It looks awesome! We also got a Birch tree for the back yard..and my favorite...one of those trees that have the beautiful white flowers in the front yard!

Todd Landscaping - Rock Part 1

Todd has worked very hard this month putting down almost 5 ton of river rock! He had a couple days where he was taking good ole' Ibuprofin for some back pain after all that work! Below are some pictures from the start of his work...

12 Weeks and counting!

This is my 12 week prgnancy photo!! You can see a little belly going on!! I can definitly tell by the fact that I can't button most of my pants!!!

I am just taking advantage of the only time a big belly will be cute on me!

Fun with Lily!!

This Friday I got to babysit Lily and we had TONS OF fun!!! We went to Chuck-E-Cheese and played and ate Pizza, Tiffani joined us for some pizza and fun and then we went to Robin's and played with her puppies for a little bit, and then went and got ice cream at Dairy Queen! It was lots of fun for us to get to spend some quality time together!

Happy Mothers Day!!

This Mother's Day was very special to me being pregnant! We got to celebrate with our Mom's on Sunday - We all went out to eat at Royal Fork, it was lots of fun!!! Being pregnant and slightly emotional already - I spent a lot of time with tears in my eyes this Mothers Day - just so happy to soon be a Mommy, to have such an amazing Mommy by my side, and to this year have a Mommy-n-Law to also celebrate Mother's Day with!
I got some really sweet cards for Mother's Day from my friends and Family. I got the beautiful flowers from my Godson (Skyelar Martinez) and his Mom and Dad! I also got a fun gift certificate to Century Theatres from my Mom and Dave so we can go out and take advantage of our free time, before baby arrives! I also got a sweet card from my baby in my belly (Thanks Robin!) That said "Thanks for taking such good care of me in your belly Mommy, can't wait to meet you!" Posted by Picasa

Monday May 8th, 2006

Hello everyone and happy Monday!!!

This weekend was busy and fun for us! Todd had off work Friday, so he was really happy! On Friday he got 3 ton of rock for our landscaping, he was pretty sore on Saturday after all that hauling, but the yard is looking GREAT! Saturday - Mom, Dave and the kids came up. Josh and Dave went the Storm game, and Mom and I and the kids went to the movie 8 Below - it was good! On Sunday, Todd and I spent the morning together running errands, and then we went to Brandon for a parade! Kinsey was in the parade with her dance team, so it was fun! I think we enjoyed running after the candy as much as the kids did!!! I ended the day with watching my favorite show (Grey's Anatomy).

That was our exciting weekend! Everything is going well with the pregnancy. Our next appointment is May 18th. Now that I am in my 2nd trimester I am starting to get my energy back, and to feel better! We find out the sex of the baby at our 20 week appointment (middle of June!) we can't wait!!

Happy May Day!

Happy May Day! This weekend was a rainy, stay at home kind of weekend!!! Thursday and Friday I helped Toni & Terri (My Sister-n-laws) with the Kingswood rummage we had at Toni's - it was actually fun, and we made some money so that is always nice, we might start doing it at Toni's house every year!

Friday night Robin and I went to the movie "Failure to Launch" it was really funny, and it was awesome to just go out and spend some time with Robin.

Saturday and Sunday where very rainy and cold, so we rented three movies, and watched them all! Other than that we went grocery shopping, laundry, cleaned the house, all that "fun" stuff!

Justin and I visited my Dad on Sunday. It was not one of his good days, he really wasn't doing well...we did manage to talk him into getting up and into his chair, and he seemed to perk up a little bit once he did that. Please continue to keep my Dad in your thoughts and prayers.
