More Baby Stufff

Well, I know our blog news has not been so exciting - our lives seem to be consumed by our baby girl these days! Updates on her - she is currently 10 lbs. 5oz. and 22 inches, doing really well. She has to have this purple treatment (which you can see on her mouth in the picture below) to get rid of the thrush she had, but that seems to be clearing up and that is good news!

As for us, we are just getting excited for Christmas and friends visiting, and baking, and all that good stuff. This year is especially exciting - Kimber will be in town visiting and she is 5 months pregnant and we found out Tiffani is pregnant, it is fun to share in all that excitement with our friends....and then in January Marie will be up to visit. Also we will have Abby's baptism this month, so it's a busy time with the holidays but we are looking forward to it!

More pictures....

Not to much to report on for the Anawski household!

Last week at Abby's appt. she weighted 9lbs. 7oz. so she is doing really well with eating and is very healthy! Every day she does something new, and we are loving all her little grins, and coo's!!!

We are spending a lot of time just getting ready for Christmas and for Abby's Baptism. We are so excited to spend Christmas with all of our friends and family!!

We are also looking forward for some of our friends to visit soon - Kimber and Chris will be up over Christmas and New Years and Marie will be up visiting the end of January!

Happy Thanksgiving!

This Thanksgiving we had LOTS to be thankful for!!! We spent Thanksgiving day just the three of us, and then that evening we had a turkey dinner at Pat & Tom's house, we had lots of fun, the whole family played the game "catch phrase" and it was a blast (ps: go team 2 - we won every game!!!)

Saturday we did Thanksgiving at Mom & Dave's - it was lots of fun, and the food was YUMMY! The boys all watched football, and then everyone played UNO. Abby and I skipped UNO and took a nap, it was a great day! Posted by Picasa

Life with Abby.....

We are on week three with our beautiful baby girl, and things are going well, it's such an adjustment, that still doesn't quite seem real....one minute it feels like she has been with us forever and in the second minute, it all feels new. Sleep is minimal for Mommy as I am nursing, and this seems to be the greatest challenge, but when she looks up at me with those beautiful big eyes, all that goes away.

She has Daddy wrapped around her fingers too...allthough she likes to give Daddy all kinds of suprises every time he changes her, Daddy has been peed on and pooped on, and spit up on, but he is learning to love it!

Everyday is a new challenge and we are learning along the way....I stil can't believe we such an amazing beautiful baby girl, and we thank God for all of our blessings every day

Bringing Home Baby

The first week home with baby has gone really well, we had a few bumps, but everything has worked out! Todd has been an amazing help to Mommy, and went back to work one week after baby was home. Abby eats great, and is doing really well with breast-feeding. She loves all her cuddly blankets, and loves to just hang out on the boppy and watch TV with Daddy. It's been a learning experience, and we are having fun doing it!

We have a wonderful family and feel very blessed for all that has came to us!!!
