Big shoes to fill!

Abby likes to try on any shoes that are left by the front door! She had on Daddy's work shoes this day, and thought she was pretty cool!

Harvest Festival Downtown

Grandma came up this weekend and we went to the downtown harvest festival. Abby picked out a couple little pumpkins, and had fun eating popcorn and checking out all the animal sculptures downtown. Her favorite part of the day was the "horsey ride"!

Abby's first haircut!

Abby had her first haircut on Thursday the 25th! We just needed to straighten the back of her hair out. She did so well, she listened to everything they told her to do, and her favorite part was the sucker afterwards!

We're Home!!

As much as we LOVED California, we where excited to get home, we missed Daddy!!! When we got to the Sioux Falls airport Todd was waiting there with a sign welcoming us, Abby couldn't run fast enough to get to him, and than wouldn't let him go!

We had so much fun in Calfornia, from swimming and hot tubbin' in Kim's back yard, to dressing the girls up in tutu's we bought at a street fair, to just hanging out and shopping, everything was a blaest, mostly because we where hanging out with friends!

California Dreamin'

This week Abby and I went on a last minute trip to California to visit Kimber and her family! I haven't been out to see her in almost 3 years, and with baby #2 on the way we knew it would be a while, so off we went!

Abby did so weel flying, no crying or anything!!! She slept, watched movies, and just had a good time!

Labor Day Weekend

Jeff and Susan had their annual Labor Day weekend picnic/bon-fire. We spend the night eating yummy food, playing ball, bean-bags, and hanging out with friends and family. the weather was beautiful, and the night was perfect!

Welcome Mara

Abby has a new cousin! Mara Frances born on August 27, 2008.

Last day at the pool!

Abby's all time favorite thing to do this summer was swimming! We took her to the pool one last time before it closed, it was pretty cold, but she didn't care! She loved every minute of it!
