Anawski Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving was lots of fun this year as I used the 'eating for 2' excuse as much as I could! We ate till we where full, Abby even ate some turkey (of course covered in ketchup, but she ate it!). Us girls than spent time going through all the black friday ads - Todds sister and Mom go every year and lucky for me, if there is anything I really want, they will pick it up! And I do not have to go out at the break of dawn in the cold!! Yay!

35 Weeks!

I am already 35 weeks pregnant!! Our wish is just that our little girl waits till after Christmas to be born! 35 week appointment went well, baby is head down, and I am dilated to a 'finger-tip' so my body is doing what it needs to to get ready to have her in a month or so! I am now measuering right on - which is good -and they will still be monitoring to make sure baby doesn't get to big!

Thanksgiving Fun!

Abby helped Mommy make chocolate pie to bring to the Anawski Thanksgiving! her favorite part was testing the chocolate to make sure it was good!

My little girl!

I can't believe my little girl is 2!!! Every day she seems to look a little older. It's amazing to watch her grow up. From the words she says - to when she is just laying on the floor playing with her little people, using her imagination, everyday she is getting bigger and bigger!

Birthday presents!

Abby got a brand new kitchen from us and Grandma Cheryl and Dave. She loves it!!! Another favorite present was her new dirt devil vacuum and broom set (from the Meier's). She follows me around the house when I am vacuuming and helps (the great thing is - her new little vacuum actually sucks up stuff! bonus for Mommy!). She also got a new little robe, and she loves to wear it after baths and it keeps her warm! She calls it her princess robe because it's pink!

Birthday fun!

Abby's birthday was special this year also because Kimber and Mackenzie where in town from California and where able to be at the party! We where able to get a pic of Abby with her Godparents finally together!

Happy Birthday Abby!!!

Our little girl turned 2 on November 8th! We celebrated with a great little party of friend and family! It was so fun to watch Abby open presents and blow out her birthday candles as she really understood what was happening this year! She ate lots of cake and ice cream, and ran and ran around with all her cousins and friends!

Power of prayer!

We had our 32 week ultrasound appointment today. We where pretty nervous as we where warned that if baby was not growing like she should (due to the 2 cord vessel) they would want to induce me early, and we would probably have a baby in the NICU.

But with everyones prayers we had not only good news but GREAT news!!! They where hoping baby was at least 3lbs. She measured in ultrasound at 4lbs. 9oz.! The Dr. might actually have to monitor me to make sure baby doesn't get too big now!

The ultrasound tech also commented on how much hair she has! And showed us what she called "gopher" cheeks, she had big cheeks!

Baby is doing great, and we are so happy!

Abby's Birthday Dinner

We did Abby's special Birthday dinner while we where in Omaha. Her favorite food is Spaghetti - so we went to the Spaghetti Works in the Old Market in Omaha!

She loved it, and so did we!

32 weeks

I couldn't resist comparing! Which one is bigger? LOL!!!

This week is an exciting week as on Friday we have our 32 week ultrasound. This ultrasound is a big one to make sure that baby is growing like she should, or if we have to have her early! Please pray for us to have a good ultrasound, and we will keep you updated....

Going to the Zoo!!!

We took Abby to the Omaha Zoo for her early birthday present! And as one last hurrah before her baby sister comes!

She had so much fun! She got to pet a penguin, she got to see a elephant up close, and her favorite was the tigers!

This Halloween was so much fun as Abby really got into the spirit! She loved her ladybug costume, had fun at the Halloween party we went to, but most of all she loved the CANDY!!!!!!!
