It's not easy being a baby!

Hannah - 1 Month Old!

Hannah is one month old already!!! She weighs 11 lbs. already and is doing really well!! Besides a little problem with reflux she is doing really well. She sleeps 4 to 6 hours a time at night, and is really laid back during the day.

Abby with Attitude!

Since baby Hannah has arrived, big sister Abby has had a little attitude! It's getting better every day -but after being told she couldn't hold her sister without asking - Abby ran to her bed and said "It's my baby Hannah not yours!!!" and gave me this look!

Bobby

Abby loves her kitty Bobby. Bobby is such a GREAT cat, and lets Abby carry him around and hug and squeeze him (at least when she can catch him that is!!!).

More Swimming Fun!!!

We have had so much fun swimming at our friends pool!!! It's so nice we get to swim and Melody holds Hannah for us! Last week we went on the weekend so Daddy could come too. Abby had so much fun swimming with Daddy

So much fun!!!!!

Today we had so much fun! Our friend Melody and her daughter Lily invited us over to their apartment pool to swim! Our friends Misty and Jadon also came to swim with us and Becky and Kairi played with Melody and Hannah.

It was so nice to have some one on one time with Abby doing something we both love! Swimming!!!!

We than had our first adventure out to McDonalds out with Hannah (of course we had lots of help with everyone with us) But Abby was excited to get out - we have missed our 99cent chicken nugget days!!! Hannah slept through the whole thing!

Both Grandma's have been life savers these last few weeks! This weekend Grandma and Dave took Abby to the Zoo and out to pizza at Olive Garden, and to run erands, she loved every minute of it!

My girls!

I have waited so long to be able to say "my girls"! I still feel like I am dreaming some days. We are all doing pretty well our first week home with baby Hannah. Abby loves to hold, sing, and kiss her baby sister! Hannah has so far (pray that it stays that way) been a very good eater and sleeper! She even lets Mommy sleep 4 hours a time at night already!!!! Abby has challenged us a little bit to make sure we remember she is still the firstborn of the household, but even at it's worse, it's not half as bad as I expected it to be, I think more than anything she is just bored and ready to get out of the house!

Daddy went back to work this week, after not being home even a full week with us. I was nervous at first but the last few days have went really well, I have even managed to get some housework done here and there. And of course when Todd gets home, he likes to really give Abby some attention as he knows with me nursing it's hard to give her all the attention she is used to.

We have truly been blessed with all our friends and family support as well. From bringing meals, to just stopping by to lend a hand, to taking Abby out and giving her some individual attention, I don't know what we would do without everyone! Between my Mom and Dave, Mom's club and my Mops friends I don't think I will have to cook for a month - and that is awesome!!!!!!!

So far life with 'my girls' has been amazing, and I am so happy to have our little Hannah here making our family even more complete!

Dress Up

We have had so much fun having Daddy home this week! Yesterday we took out the 'play clothes' bin and all of us (even Hannah) had fn dressing up. Abby was a princess, and Daddy was a pirate princess!
