It's a GIRL!!!!

We had our 20week ultrasound last week (can you believe I am already 5months preggo!) Ultrasound tech announced it was a girl (of course with the disclaimer that nothing is 100%) and YES we have heard the stories of everyone who was told it was a girl or boy and it was wrong! This is the second tech who has said it is a girl, so as of now - BRING ON MORE PINK!!!

We are also asking for some prayers. During our ultrasound they discovered that out of the three blood vessels in the umbilical cord, our little ones cord only has two. We where assured this happens all the time. The speciality doctor came in and checked baby out for some of the side effects that can happen with 2 cord vessel babies (heart, kidney defects). God was watching over us as everything checked out great! We have to have another ultrasound at 32 weeks just to make sure baby is growing as sometimes 2 cord vessel babies sometimes have a harder time growing the bigger they get. Our OB said she has delivered several 2 cord vessel babies and has never had to deliver one early due to this, but of course they have to warn us.

So please keep baby Anawski (we have no idea on a name yet!) in your prayers, to assure her continued health and growth!

Daddy at the Zoo!

Abby's favorite summer past time (along with swimming) this summer has been our many visits to the zoo. This week Daddy had two days off (he took off for his Birthday) and one day we all went to the zoo. Abby pulled Daddy around and showed him all her favorites; the cat, the bear and the cows!

They also had lots of fun playing with the projector that put them in an animal movie, I am not sure who had more fun with this - Daddy or Abby.

Abby found an old pair of Daddy's glasses, and thought she was "hot-stuff" in them!

Fun at the fair!

Abby enjoyed so many things this year at the fair. Her favorites this year where the cows at Old McDonalds Farm, the Strawberry snow cones, dancing with Phil Baker, and watching all the people.

Say CHEESE!!!!

Abby has aquired her own little version of what to do when we are taking pics and ask her to say "CHEESE!" It comes out this goofy little grin.

Abby has turned into a beach baby! She loves the lake!!! We have went to the lake a few times now, and Abby loves every minute of it, from digging in the sand to floating around in the water, she shows us her best '2-year-old fit' everytime we leave. The last time we went we even met up with all her little friends, it was a perfect day!!!
