Baking Brownies..

We had a week of really cold and rainy weather. We baked a lot that week!! Hannah helped me make brownies, and she LOVED it - especially the 'licking the spoon' part. She was so happy until she was all done and I cleaned her up - she than spent 45 minutes, head down crying on the floor. She is my girl for sure - she loves her chocolate!

Cinderella, Cinderella!

USF here in Sioux Falls put on the play Cinderella. I couldn't wait to take Keeley and Abby. They both dressed up in their best Cinderella outfit and we went out on the town. First hitting up the restaurant of their choice, Burger King, than we went to the play. The girls where in awe during the whole play and loved it. Afterwards they got to meet all the characters!! Abby wasn't interested in anyone but Cinderella, and her face lit up when she got to meet her. Keeley had no fear and snuggled up to Prince Charming for a pic. It was a fun night, and I loved every minute of it as much as the girls did!

A day at the park..

The weather has been getting warmer and we have spent as much time as possible at the park. One of our favorite parks is Tomar park, we always play at the park and than take walks on the trails.

Goodbye to an old friend.

After struggling for the last 6 months with some health issues, my cat Bobby passed away last month. It's been really hard on me not having him around and even harder to explain to the girls where Bobby is. I am sad he is gone, but happy he is no longer in pain.

Easter Egg Hunt

We had an amazing Easter Egg hunt with friends. The kids ran around like crazy and found eggs than had lots of fun opening them up to see all their fun surprises. Hannah was so excited every time she found an egg and Abby found a TON of eggs!

Yay Grandma!

Easter was really special because of Grandma Cheryl. She helped start a big Easter Egg hunt with friends and the girls had a blast just having Grandma around all weekend.

Church

The girls looked beautiful on Easter Sunday!! Abby especially LOVED wearing her princess dress.

Easter Bunny...

When we where at Church on Easter Sunday the Easter Bunny visited our house. He left a jelly bean trail to the girls room where the found their Easter baskets. The loved them!! Abby loved her new Princess Barbie, Hannah loved the candy! She loves Peeps!

Zoo time!!!

We renewed our Zoo membership and spent our first spring day at the Zoo with our friends. Still snow on the ground, but it was warm enough to be outside having lots of fun.

Swimming fun...kind of...

We had friends staying in a hotel in Sioux Falls, so we where able to visit and go swimming. Hannah has been battling ear infections so she didn't go swimming, as she was walking around she fell, hit her head and got her first official 'goose-egg' on her forehead. All in all it was an fun and very eventful day!

Mom's Club Easter Party

The Mom's Club Easter party was the Museum of Visual Materials in Sioux Falls. The girls had a blast going on an egg hunt, dying eggs, eating yummy food, and doing lots of fun Easter crafts.

Spring is here!

The first warmer days we spent outside as much as possible!!! So far Hannah's favorite thing to do outside is her car. Abby has spent all her time playing in the dirt!! I love spring!
